As a barista you will…

• Ensure the smooth operation ofthe shift through customer focused service delivery
• Conduct on the job training inaccordance with the departmental standards and procedures
• Demonstrate service attributesin accordance with company standards
• Demonstrate understanding andawareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
• Immediateand effective response to guest ‘s requests and complaints
• Operateespresso & filter machines. Cleans machinery as needed
• Preparecoffee drinks, fresh juices & smoothies by following recipes andpreparation techniques
• Upsell, while you ensureguests needs

Entry Requirements:

• Experiencein the Food and Beverage industry - Experience at a 4 or 5* hotel is preferred
• Excellentcommand of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
• Be familiar with Food and Beverageindustry’s technology
• Be a team player and a greatcommunicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers inall departments
• Beinformed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
