As a bellman you will…

• Greet guests and assist withluggage, providing exceptional customer service
• Deliver luggage & packagesto guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information abouthotel services and amenities
• Maintain a clean and organizedlobby area
• Issue room keys
• Assist with other duties asassigned by management

Entry Requirements:

• Knowledgeof English Language
• Previousexperience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
• Basiccomputer skills
• Mustbe able to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
• Mustbe able to work in a fast-paced environment with high guest traffic
