We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent who wants to move his/her career forward. As a Guest Experience Agent you will…

• Satisfy guest needs and exceeding guest expectationsyour top priority
• Greet guests by name and escorting them on a tour ofthe hotel on the way to their room
• Perform administration duties and check-in/check-outprocedures
• Project a positive hotel image at all times
• Assist with itineraries and preparing necessaryvouchers for guest activities

Entry Requirements:

• Experiencein a 4 or 5 stars boutique hotel environment
• Excellentcommand of the English language, both spoken and written
• Additional language knowledge would be consider anextra asset
• Greatconversational and organizational skills while being teamwork-oriented
• Positiveoutlook and outgoing personality
• Experiencewith Front office software, like Opera, Fidelio & Protel
• EUcitizenship is required
