Job Description

We are a web agency looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist in planning and managing digital projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. You will be working exclusively on digital products, such as websites, web applications, and other online platforms. Key tasks include tracking project progress, coordinating with internal teams (design, development, and marketing), and supporting client meetings to ensure all deliverables meet the client’s expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and alignment with client goals
• Support in scoping project requirements, preparing budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress in Jira, run daily stand-ups with developers, andensure timely delivery
• Communicate project updates to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with external partners (designers, copywriters,etc.) as needed
• Ensure quality standards are met by organizing testing and identifying risks
• Address potential delays or bottlenecks and adjust timelines as needed
• Assist AMs in client meetings, providing project feedback and presentations

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or management
• Experience in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of web or app development processes
