Job Role: As a Front Office Agent at MiraggioThermal Spa Resort you play a vital role in providing exceptional guestexperiences. You are the first point of contact for our guests and areresponsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient environment in thehotel's front office. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless check-in andcheck-out process while delivering outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Greetguests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist guests with thecheck-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guestinquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Reservation Management: Verify and confirm guest reservations accurately.
- Payment Processing:Collect and process payments, issue invoices, and maintain a balanced cashdrawer. Ensure all financial transactions are conducted securely and incompliance with hotel policies.
- Information and Assistance:Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, localattractions, and dining options. Offer recommendations and assistance toenhance their stay.
- Telephone and Email Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and transfer calls to appropriatedepartments. Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests via phone and email.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues and complaints professionally, ensuring guestsatisfaction while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Safety and Security: Monitor and maintain the security of the front desk area, ensuring the safetyand privacy of guests. Follow hotel security and emergency procedures.
- Administrative Duties: Complete administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and updatingguest information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other hoteldepartments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, toensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor'sdegree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)
- 1 yearminimum experience on similar position, leadership in hospitality strongly required.
- Excellentknowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be consideredaccordingly.
- Exceptionalcommunication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills.
- Abilityto prioritize tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manageworkload using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multitask position.
- Highknowledge of Protel/CRS/PMS revenue management and MS office are considered amust.
- Availabilityto work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
