Job Role: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Front OfficeAssistant Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Manager, you will supportthe Front Office Manager in overseeing the front office operations, ensuringexceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards ofhospitality. Your role will include managing daily operations, training andleading the front desk team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trains,cross –trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
  • Participatesin the selection of front office personnel.
  • Schedules the front officestaff.
  • Supervisesworkload during shifts.
  • Evaluatesthe job performance of each front office employee.
  • Verifiesthat accurate room status information is maintained and properlycommunicated.
  • Resolvesguest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Updatesgroup information. Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relaysinformation to appropriate personnel.
  • Checks cashiers inand out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift.
  • Enforcesall cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
  • Conductsregularly scheduled meetings of front office personnel.
  • Requiresall front office employees to wear proper uniforms at all times.
  • Prepareperformance reports related to front office.
  • Monitor gueststatus and take appropriate action.
  • Ensureimplementation of all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Preparerevenue and occupancy forecasting.
  • Ensurelogging and delivery of all messages,packages, and mail in a timely and professionalmanner.
  • Ensurethat employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous toall guests, managers and other employees.
  • Monitorall V.I.P 's special guests and requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor'sdegree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI).
  • 2-3years minimum experience on similar position , leadership in hospitalitystrongly required.
  • Excellentknowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be consideredaccordingly.
  • Exceptionalcommunication (both verbal and written), negotiation and administrative skills.
  • Abilityto prioritize tasks, work under pressure with provided resources, manageworkload using own initiative and sufficiently cover a multitask position.
  • Highknowledge of Protel/CRS/PMS revenue management and MS office are considered amust.
  • Availabilityto work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
