Job Role: As a Bell at Miraggio ThermalSpa Resort you are responsible for creating a warm and memorable firstimpression for our guests. Your primary role is to provide efficient andattentive guest services, including greeting and assisting with luggage, valetparking, and providing information about the hotel. Your commitment toexceptional service contributes to our guests' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Welcome and Assistance:Welcome guests upon arrival, open doors, and assist with luggage and personalbelongings. Provide information about the hotel's services.
- Luggage Handling:Safely transport guests' luggage to their rooms and ensure it is placedsecurely in their assigned accommodations. Retrieve luggage upon check-out andassist with transportation to the lobby or vehicles.
- Valet Parking: Assist guests with valet parking services, ensuring their vehicles are securelyparked, retrieved promptly, and kept in excellent condition. Handle keys andparking tickets responsibly.
- Concierge Services: Offerrecommendations, directions, and information if asked by our guests.
- Safety and Security:Maintain a secure and well-organized luggage room and lobby and entrance area.Report any security or safety concerns to hotel management.
- Communication: Effectively communicate withguests and fellow team members to ensure smooth coordination and provide thehighest level of service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other hoteldepartments, such as the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensureguest needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Special Requests:Handle special guest requests, or addressing specific needs, with a focus onexceeding guest expectations.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent. Additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellentknowledge of Greek and English languages. Third language will be consideredaccordingly.
- Previousexperience as bell or similar guest services role is preferred.
- Exceptionalguest service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strongphysical fitness, including the ability to lift and transport luggage and standfor extended periods.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Availabilityto work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
