Guest Relations Agent

Resposibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests in co-operation with Reception and check what we expect the following day
• Preparing the welcome and departure letters for the guests
• Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
• Welcome and greet guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service according to hotel's standards
• Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned sunbeds are prepared prior to check-in
• Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
• Excellent knowledge of the resort and the facilities as well as of daily events, activities and food & beverage functions in order to provide accurate information to guests
• Manage all guests requires /observations in a professionally way and ensure that every issue has been resolved promptly and effectively
• Liaise closely with Reception, Housekeeping and F&B regarding special requests
• Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress by Record information in the logbook daily
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Skills

• Hospitality/Tourism degree or degree in communications, public relations or marketing
• Working experience of at least 2 years in Guest Relations department in 5* Hotel
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
