Your purpose:

As a Steward, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining area. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization, contributing to a seamless guest experience. By supporting the kitchen and service teams, you help create an environment where exceptional service can thrive.

You will be accountable for:

• Washing and disinfecting kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives and equipment using proper chemicals and products


• Assisting with an effective dish room equipment repair and maintenance program


• Looking after all equipment, china, glass and silver and ensuring adequate clean supplies of each

Skills required:

• Ability to work effectively as a team

• Well-organised personality


• Fluency in English
