Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Food preparation and cooking, presentation.


• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements.


• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies.


• Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department.


• Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department.

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 2 years in a Hotel-Resort or a Luxury Restaurant.


• Hospitality or Culinary Degree.


• Good command of both English and Greek language is essential.


• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with pleasant personality.


• Work under pressure.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Professional appearance and manners.


• EFET Certificate.
