Role Overview:

Joining the Senior Product Manager role at Pandas is an opportunity to be at the forefront of transformative change in the mobile tech industry. Your responsibilities include taking ownership of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs through a data-driven approach. You'll actively participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, showcasing strong analytical and communication skills. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals (roadmap) and customer needs through a data-driven approach.
2. Actively lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, demonstrating a strong ability to translate complex requirements into precise product specifications.
3. Showcase advanced analytical and communication skills by incorporating insights gathered from data analysis from various sources to drive strategic decisions.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, utilizing value-driven analysis to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
5. Embrace an Agile mindset, actively leading Scrum meetings and managing product sprints, while mentoring team members on best practices.
6. Facilitate integration processes with third-party companies, ensuring effective collaboration and connectivity to enhance the overall functionality of our products.
7. Maintain thorough and accurate product documentation to support effective communication, understanding, and collaboration across teams.
8. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, taking ownership of multiple, high-priority projects concurrently with a strategic, methodical approach.

What we are looking for:

1. Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS company, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully overseeing the development and launch of products.
2. Excellent user experience sensibilities and knowledge of best UX/UI practices to ensure the delivery of exceptional and user-friendly product designs.
3. Familiarity with service design methodologies, emphasizing a holistic approach to designing and delivering services that meet user needs.
4. Translate business and product needs into clear, compelling stories.
5. Experience with AI products and frameworks is a strong plus, helping to shape and drive innovation in AI-driven features and solutions.
6. Understanding technical challenges, and adapting specifications as necessary
7. Proficiency in English, as the role involves interactions with stakeholders and third party companies who communicate in English.
