Job Overview:

The Bell family is seeking a dedicated and highly organized butler to travel with the family on all trips. The butler will manage all aspects of travel, including packing, handling medicines, and ensuring smooth logistics. The ideal candidate must be discreet, proactive, and able to manage a wide range of tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Assistance: Organize and prepare all travel-related needs (passports, tickets, itineraries, etc.).
• Packing & Unpacking: Handle packing and unpacking for all family members, ensuring items are accounted for and organized, including sport equipment, medicines, and bulk luggages.
• Medicine Management: Keep track of medications and ensure they are administered on time.
• Luggage & Equipment: Manage family's luggage, important documents, and personal belongings during travel.
• Communication: Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, and event organizers to ensure smooth transitions and stays.
• General Organization: Assist in managing the family's schedules, appointments, and arrangements.
• Household Management: Assist with any in-home tasks when not traveling, if required.
• Personal Support: Provide personal assistance to family members as needed, ensuring comfort and convenience.
• Shopping and Errands: Run errands such as purchasing personal items or fulfilling special requests while traveling.
• VIP Protocols: Ensure VIP treatment in hotels and other accommodations together with the team of assistants
• Meal Planning & Coordination: Work with the family's chef or caterers to ensure meals are planned, arranged, and tailored to the family's preferences during travel
• Technology Assistance: Ensure that all necessary devices, chargers, and connectivity solutions are packed and functioning for the family during travel.
  
  

Requirements:

• Languages: Fluent in English.
• Experience: Prior experience as a butler or in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Travel Availability: Must be willing to travel extensively and adapt to different environments.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, discretion, and ability to work independently.
• Health Knowledge: Some understanding of managing medicines and health care support.
