As an Associate Consultant, you will collaborate within small teams to help some of the world's biggest brands answer and often implement solutions for their most challenging strategic questions. You will immediately create meaningful contributions through taking ownership of deliverables and building external relationships with clients. We are looking for talented and passionate professionals, who share our vision for helping our clients with their marketing strategies. We are recruiting for the Marketing career track that make up our team:

Support customers reach target audiences across the consumer lifecycle, providing the links necessary to execute campaigns in digital and physical channels, and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis

Leverage our proprietary insights on actual spending behavior and a wealth of knowledge on consumer loyalty and build, execute and optimize campaigns to drive profits for leading organizations.

What you’ll do

The Marketing Services team in Data & Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard, developing strategies and leading the implementation of marketing campaigns and engagements. We provide deep direct marketing expertise across channels, leveraging customer, behavioral and transactional data and defining tangible results to both the client and Mastercard.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between Dec 2023 -August 2025
• Understanding of marketing principles and tools
• Language Requirement: English Proficiency is mandatory
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns
• Ability to partner across the organization.
• Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Eligibility to work in Greece
