Mid-Senior IT Project Manager – Ref. 5728/SPM/ESS/GR
The Role:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Senior Management to ensure that the project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Owner and Senior Management to define project scope, goals, and key metrics for post-completion evaluation.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline prioritized actions, timelines, and resources, adjusting as necessary to ensure smooth progress.
- Monitor and control the project budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure cost-effective and timely project completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure adherence to organizational policies and practices.
- Identify risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to Senior Management and business units, ensuring transparency on project progress.
- Implement Scrum and Agile methodologies to optimize project execution and delivery.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, particularly within the banking or financial services sectors.
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and timely project delivery.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification will be highly regarded.
