We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist at our Business Travel department in Athens.

Main functions & Responsibilities

• You will be primarily responsible to check daily that accurate and complete information has been delivered in the system and correct or add as appropriate.


• Collect and enter all the information that comes from various sources


• Ensure all changes of information in the system are checked for accuracy


• Retrieve accurate data in cases of errors


• Maintain and deliver accurate and timely reports as needed


• Ensure excellent maintenance of documents and records from manual input


• Support other departments as needed


• Essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms is a must.


• Demonstrate great analytic skills in dealing with complex accounts that have been escalated


• Liaise competently with internal resources to ensure an excellent flow of communication


• Foster great relationships with other colleagues and departments in order to ensure cross departmental efficiencies


• Demonstrate personal accountability that delivers good value and drives results

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of travel industry or other corporate experience in a similar role, is required


• Working knowledge of Panasoft is considered a plus


• First-rate written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English


• Strong financial and analytical skills


• Excellent user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)


• Results-driven personality, with energy, commitment and a passion for personal development


• Creative thinking, problem solving with ability to meet and maintain required performance standards


• Co-operation with a high degree of independence within agreed policies and targets.
