Your main responsibility

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the FP&A team and business partners to gather necessary financial information and provide financial guidance.
• Financial Reporting: Actively participate in the month-end close process by reviewing cost classifications, addressing corrections, and preparing Entity/Group Management Accounts (P&L, BS, CF) to ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Ad-hoc Reporting & Analysis: Provide analysis and reports for various business cases as needed to facilitate decision-making.
• Data Hierarchies Maintenance: Maintain the Group's chart of accounts, cost centers, and reporting rules while documenting relevant policies and offering guidance.
• Finance Function Transformation: Actively contribute to the transformation of the Finance function to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive financial performance.
• Process Improvement: Propose improvements in areas of responsibility and make decisions for as-is processes or smaller projects without manager involvement.

Your main qualifications/skills

• Finance/Accounting BSc within Accounting or Finance or Business administration and relevant Professional Qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA).
• 3-5 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role or in Big 4.
• Strong Analytical/Accounting skills are required.
• IESOEL, ACCA will be considered a strong asset.
• Excellent Communication is required English.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and accounting software (preferably Entersoft).
