Job Summary:

The Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate will plan and direct the accounting activities of the department. As an Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing critical financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial planning. What Will You Need to Do:   

• Support and monitor of the accounting functions for foreign Subsidiaries

• Support the process of monthly end closing and the preparation of the monthly Group reporting requirements.

• Perform detailed analysis of timesheet reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Review and analyze client reports related to billing, collection, and project outcomes.

• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

• Support the public sales team in preparing and submitting bids for public tenders

• Other Ad-hoc activities (i.e. participating in finance projects, ERP development projects, ad hoc analysis etc.)

What Will You Bring:

• BSc in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.

• Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role, for at least 3 years

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

• Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience with public tendering and bid processes is an advantage.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
