About you

As a Senior Product Manager you will take ownership of Spitogatos platform, working both on B2C and B2B products that impact millions of users. You will be responsible for shaping and executing product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and leading the development of new features and improvements. Your focus will be on delivering intuitive and data-driven solutions that enhance the value of our platform to real estate professionals and property seekers.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy for key features within the real estate platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including research, development, testing, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features on time and within budget.
• Drive user research and data analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
• Develop clear product requirements and user stories for the development team, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains innovative and competitive.
• Engage with real estate agents, brokers, and users to gather feedback and continually refine the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in real estate technology or a marketplace platform.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to execution in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; experience working with analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and funnel optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and a passion for creating user-centered products.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus).
