We're looking for a detail-oriented persona to keep our practice runningsmoothly. If you can handle schedules like a pro, make patients feel like homeand loves to talk to them about their looks, then you’re the one we want!

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting patients with a friendly andprofessional way
  • Managing office communications, including phone calls,emails, and scheduling medical appointments
  • Organizing, maintaining, andupdating medical records
  • Processing invoices, bills, and various payments
  • Preparing and issuing of medical documents

Qualifications:

  • ECDL certification
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Previousexperience in a healthcare environment (medical office, plastic surgery clinic,dental office)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexible working hours
  • Mymedical patient system knowledge is advantageous
  • Also, personal interest in participating and helping in surgeries (when needed)will be appreciated
