Responsibilities:
- Determines, in collaboration with the relevant departments of the company, the need of the means of transport and improves the vehicle procurement system
- Monitors and controls the correct and efficient use of the vehicles of the company's corporate fleet
- Maintains the register of the company's means of transport
- Edits the guidelines and issues instructions for the management of the means of transport
- Ensures the circulation of the company’s means of transport and manages the necessary actions for the payment of traffic accident compensations
- Manages the company’s team of drivers
- Guides, supervises and monitors the operation of the company's transportation offices as well as studies and prepares procedures and regulations related to their operation
- Establishes a system for the sale of company vehicles and monitors the relevant procedures
- Monitors the implementation of the disposal procedures in the currently applicable alternative vehicle management system
- Ensures the payment of annual road taxes for all company vehicles
- Resolves issues that arise during the use of the company's vehicles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering field from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute, nationally or internationally
- Master's degree in Engineering will be considered an additional qualification
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in fleet management
- Technical skills in methodologies, tools and technical procedures for operating company fleet vehicles will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge and use of electronic selection process platforms and company fleet monitoring systems (e.g. SAP) will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
