The Role

As a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing A. Hatzopoulos S.A. talent acquisition strategy and contributing to the development of its strong employer brand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviews to the onboarding process
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategic hiring plans
• Maintaining a strong talent pool and proactively sourcing candidates
• Working with the marketing team to design and implement an employer branding strategy
• Participating in career events and strengthening relationships with universities and other organizations
• Providing reports and contributing to HR projects.

Your Profile

To be able to meet the requirements of the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist role, you should have the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting for various roles and levels
• A degree or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both written and spoken
• Experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and the use of social media to attract talent
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strategic thinking, strong decision-making skills, and attention to detail
• A people-oriented approach, the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization
• Absolute confidentiality and integrity.
