Responsibilities:
- Stays constantly up to date for the framework that governs PPC Procurement, Projects and Services
- Participates in the standardization of the commercial terms of invitations and contracts
- Undertakes the central handling of contract awarding procedures for procurement and services projects, from the drawing up of the invitation to the signing of the contract
- Monitors the implementation of the above contracts, up to their final liquidation
- Responsible for the transport and delivery of the above-supplied items to the warehouses or their destination points
- Supports the handling of decentralized procedures for awarding and implementing contracts
- Provides data for monitoring the consistency and the general transactional behavior of PPC Counterparty Contracts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a University or Technological Educational Institute
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in contract management or in the implementation and conclusion of procurement contracts
- Experience in relevant industries and particularly in Energy will be considered an additional qualification
- Technical skills in methodologies, tools and techniques of procurement - supply chain processes will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge and use of internal business planning systems in procurement and supply chain management (e.g. SAP) will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Internet
- Good knowledge of the English language
