Your Contribution

Own the Real Estate strategy in the country aligning group priorities, local deployment needs and market trends. Lead the team responsible for managing the relationship with our landlords, both at service level and at contract management level. Maximize their satisfaction and engagement with Vantage Towers Greece to guarantee long term relationship at the lowest cost possible and uninterrupted implementation of company’s strategy. Responsible for the definition and the successful implementation of the GLBO strategy.

  Main Responsibilities

  • Propose and co-develop with the ExCo a country real estate strategy. Manage cross-country execution and maximize alignment with company’s responsibilities deriving from contracts with clients
  • Manage the regular lease renegotiations in a proactive manner to protect our sites and financials. Establish a profitability driven approach both in portfolio and per site level
  • Lead the landlords’ management team; always strive for efficiency and further optimization of processes and tools
  • Implement the new landlord journey, monitor its effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
  • Responsible for the e2e processes with landlords: site life-cycle, payments, contracting and claims management
  • Oversee the implementation of the site access process and propose new ways of improving,if needed
  • Successfully deploy the GLBO strategy; allocate relevant resources in view of maximizing financial benefits and long-term sustainability of sites’ portfolio
  • Optimise and further develop the interfaces within the country organisation
  • Exchange best practices and learnings with other Vantage Towers markets
  • Identify real estate opportunities and work with the respective teams to assess them


What Makes You Stand Out

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Real Estate activities
  • Having worked in a technology department of a mobile operator would be desirable
  • Previous people management experience is required; having worked with virtual teams would be an advantage
  • Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills
  • Innovative and disruptive mindset
  • Ability to analyze data and take data driven decisions
  • Results oriented, proactive with initiative taking
  • Act as team player and at the same time be able to work well with all stakeholders at senior level
  • Fluency in English
