Your role and responsibilities

ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge technology products, located in Thessaloniki, Greece. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will use your experience to build long-standing customer relationships, promoting effective solutions in the LV/MV sector & driving sales through Licensed Panel Builders of UniSec switchgears.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Meeting short-term / long-term sales and revenue goals following team’s KPIs
  • Maintaining and Expanding company’s client base
  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions.
  • Providing technical support and best practices for product usage based on customer needs.
  • Preparing sales plans and offers, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
  • Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team.
  • Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Qualifications For The Role

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
  • Experience in Sales and knowledge of ABB products or relative market will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of Greek & English language
  • Strong Computer literacy, excellent use of O365 and remote tools - Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to travel in Greece / Driver’s license
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
