As a Quality Assurance Value Partner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the uninterrupted supply of high-standards Roche products while ensuring our License to Operate, promoting Quality Excellence/ Culture within the Affiliate by embedding quality principles and bringing value through process excellence and continual improvement efforts.

The Opportunity

• You ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)/ GDP (Good Distribution Practice) standards and Health Authority regulations for Roche products, managing local batch release procedures with timely and accurate execution
• You handle product deviations, recalls, complaints, queries, and investigations of suspected counterfeits, collaborating with Warehouse & Distribution contractors to resolve GMP/GDP issues
• You oversee the quality of transportation and distribution, including temperature monitoring, validation, and qualification, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards
• You maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with regulatory, global, and local requirements, while monitoring important metrics to sustain high-quality standards
• You participate in self-inspections, inspection readiness activities, and act as the GMP/GDP Audit and Inspections Coordinator
• You contribute to supplier selection projects by providing essential quality input and ensuring alignment with GMP/GDP requirements
• You drive continuous process improvements, lead cross-functional quality initiatives, and provide operational support to other Roche affiliates for key quality activities
  
  
  

Who You Are

• You hold a University Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, or a related scientific field and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA department with strong knowledge of GMP/GDP guidelines and their practical application
• You are fluent in both English and Greek, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• You possess the ability to interpret and apply quality standards effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• You are a great teammate who thrives in a collaborative environment and you are known for your agility and creative problem-solving skills
• You are proactive, passionate about driving continuous improvement, and committed to delivering high-quality results
