The role in more details:

You’ll be a part of a team that helps organizations in transforming their supply chains into a strategic asset. You’ll work with our clients to develop a supply chain strategy, optimise their supply chain footprint and logistics and digitize supply chain process.

As a consultant you will need to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Work with our clients and our internal cross line of service teams to:

• Analyze and design supply chain operations (Business Process Re-engineering)
• Understand clients business strategy and supply chain and logistics characteristics.
• Analyze Process, Data, System, Organization, Skill related to either whole Supply Chain Management or either Supply Chain Planning, Material Planning, Sales management, Production management, Purchase, warehouse management, Logistic/transportation management for its business issues, root causes and impact.
• Design practical solutions (Conceptual and/or Detail) regarding Business process, system model, operation management method to solve identified issues effectively
• Model Supply Chain technology to enable to-be business design
• Assess technology from each supply chain related system (ERP/WMS/TMS etc.,) in order to develop Technology model and its transformation roadmap
• Solution Deployment support and SCM Technology Project Management
• Project Management of System implementation projects and managing vendors, project schedule and scope management.
  
  
  

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• 3-5 years of Supply Chain Management business process design, business analysis with whole supply chain management (Planning, Sales, Production, Logistics, warehouse, procurement)
• A Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations, supply chain is required. Masters Preferred.
• Experience in implementing or at least Super User role of one of the Supply Chain Systems: Blue Yonder, E2open, Mantis, Manhattan, Infor, Cargowise, TMS solutions.
• Experience with IoT platforms
• International exposure is a plus.
• Team management and project delivery experience
• Analytical and modeling skills
• Excellent English and Greek communication skills (written & spoken)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
