BI Analyst

In your role as a Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst, you will analyze data, develop and implement comprehensive performance analysis & forecasting tools, set and monitor KPIs achievement, and communicate results with various internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collect and integrate data from various sources for analysis.
• Prepare real time, daily and weekly metrics and performance reports for operations management and client.
• Generate insightful reports and presentations, clearly communicating complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including operations, engineering,People & Culture to tailor data-driven solutions.
• Implement A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to optimize operations performance, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement. Segment customer base based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data to maximize customer engagement and conversion.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor their performance, providing regular reports and analysis.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, and best practices in campaign management, data mining and Call centers to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the team.
  
  
  

We’re Looking For

• BSc in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in a role with strong numeracy and data/business analysis skills.
• Solid communication skills both in written form and oral interaction with stakeholders of both business and technical backgrounds.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Access skills, Hands-on experience with MS Power BI and SPSS Modeler, and desired familiarization with SQL databases.
• Previous experience in BPO, telecom, utilities, or banking sector will be considered an asset.
• Experience in data mining tools.
