About the Role

The Real Estate Agent (Thessaloniki) will provide services as a freelancer agent and work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, search for potential properties, organize property viewings, negotiate offers, and provide market insights. The services will also involve the preparation and submission of any necessary documents, coordination with Lawyers, Notaries and other professionals involved in the transaction. The Real Estate Agent should continually stay updated about market trends and property values to provide accurate information to clients.


Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Understand client needs and preferences
  • Search for potential properties that meet client requirements
  • Organize and schedule property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and draft purchase agreements
  • Provide market insights and property valuations
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents for transactions
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals
  • Stay updated on market trends and property values
