Polish Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote in Greece)

We are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our growing team in the fast-paced world of e-commerce. This is a fully remote position, but you must be based in Greece. Whether you’re already living in Greece or relocating, we offer comprehensive relocation support to make your move easier, including flight tickets to Athens and accommodation upon arrival.

As part of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality assistance, whether it’s with placing orders, resolving issues, or answering product-related queries. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat from Polish-speaking customers.
• Provide product information, assist with online purchases, and guide customers through the ordering process.
• Address customer concerns or complaints efficiently and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical support) to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Proactively suggest improvements to the customer experience based on feedback and observations.
• Assist in translating content (FAQs, customer service information) from Polish to English when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written), with strong communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in English for internal communication and training.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory – full training will be provided!
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems efficiently and empathetically.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote work setting.
