The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department in Greece - either in Thessaloniki or in Athens. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about design and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create visually impactful materials that communicate our brand's message effectively.

You will make an impact by...

• Assist in developing and implementing design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive visual brand across all channels.
• Utilize graphic design software to produce high-quality graphics and visual elements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Help maintain and organize digital assets and design files.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to bring innovation and fresh ideas to the team.
• Execute design tasks with attention to detail within designated deadlines.
• Provide support to the senior design team on larger projects and campaigns as needed.
  
  

The talent we want to inspire has..

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 0-2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and a variety of styles and projects.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and a keen interest in visual branding.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
