Leads Coordinator (Part Time)

We are currently operating in over 1,000 locations in over 30 countries, worldwide. Thanks to our growing expansion in Greece, we are looking for our Market Center in Athens, a part time (8 hours per Saturday) Leads Coordinator .

Responsibilities

• Forward new client requests from incoming calls, the EV website, other portals to agents.
• Manage Leads for both Sales & Rental departments.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders (TLs) and Team Coordinators (TCs) to assign leads appropriately.
• Client Follow-Up: Contact clients who have provided incomplete information or if their area of interest hasn't been serviced yet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
• Minimum of 1-2 years in an administrative role
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Google workspace
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Reliability and responsibility
• Organizational skills
