We are looking for a Product Manager to develop and manage our current & future product portfolio, in ways that will strengthen and boost Edenred presence in the market.

For this role, you need to have strong business acumen, being able to understand customer and market needs, conceptualize new offerings, be analytical and understand the inner workings of sizing opportunities and pricing propositions.

On top, you should be eager to learn new technologies and products in the financial sector that greatly affect how our products are served and supported.

• Market Analysis: Continuously analyze the Greek market to identify trends and opportunities relevant to Edenred's product offerings.
• Go-To Market: Develop go-to market plans for existing products and new product launches, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, CS and IT teams to ensure product goals are met and market needs are addressed.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and incorporate insights into product development.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and market developments to ensure Edenred's products remain competitive and innovative.
• Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including budgeting and timeline management.
• P&L & Pricing: Track and analyze product performance using key metrics, understanding cost structures and Pricing models that will maximize product’s revenue.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product management, financial services and Employee Engagement.
  
  

We will vibe with you

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Finance, Engineering or similar field
• 3-5 years proven experience in Product Manager/Buyer Positions
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, etc)
• Ability to develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong ability in market research, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative Problem-Solving skills and the ability to innovate
• Working knowledge of MS suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe Acrobat
• Fluency in Greek & English
