Πλήρης απασχόλησηWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of Absolute Mykonos Suites, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and continuous growth. The Hotel Manager will also oversee and guide the Operations Managers at our sister properties, "Colours of Mykonos" and ", ensuring consistency in service standards and alignment with the group's vision.
This is a unique, year-round role requiring an on-site presence in Mykonos during the hotel’s operating months (spring to fall) and remote management during the winter season when the hotel is closed. The successful candidate will report directly to the shareholders and provide regular weekly and monthly updates on operational performance, financials, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Operations (Absolute Mykonos Suites)
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high service standards.
- Monitor and manage all departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and spa services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Optimize operational efficiencies to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- Manage hotel budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, contractors, and local businesses.
- Handle guest complaints or issues, resolving them swiftly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and guide the independent Operations Managers at Colours of Mykonos & Mykonos Waves.
- Review and analyze operational performance at these properties, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Operations Managers, assisting with problem-solving and key decision-making.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and implement operational strategies aimed at improving service quality and financial performance.
- Work closely with shareholders to align on long-term goals and financial objectives.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to shareholders, covering operational metrics, financial performance, and key initiatives.
- Oversee guest satisfaction metrics (e.g., reviews, surveys) and implement improvements as needed.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for key staff.
- Support the professional development of team members, ensuring continuous training and growth.
- Monitor staff scheduling, labor costs, and ensure staffing levels align with operational needs.
- Oversee the remote management of the property during the winter months when the hotel is closed.
- Plan maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to the property for the upcoming season.
- Coordinate remote communication and strategy sessions with the Operations Managers of sister properties.
Skills that can make you outstand in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality establishments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving cost efficiencies.
- Knowledge of Mykonos market and clientele is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek required.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and reporting tools.
- Availability to reside in Mykonos during the operational season and work remotely in the off-season.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
- Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
