Language Requirements:
- Polish: C2 proficiency
- English: C1 proficiency
- Monthly Base Salary: 1045,27 EUR
- Performance Bonus: 150 EUR monthly
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8 am - 9 pm, Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, order assistance, and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Continuously strive to meet performance metrics while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Fluent in Polish (C2) and English (C1)
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry
- Experience with remote customer service operations
