Sales Executive

Kafsis is a leading company in organic wastemanagement and wastewater treatment maintenance & operation in Greece. Itis a rapidly growing company focusing on providing zero waste solutions to itsdiverse customer base. It is based in Markopoulo with units in Tripoli, Thiva,and Thessaloniki.

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive tohelp us build up our business activities.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discoveringand pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customersatisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortablereaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products,we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass businessexpectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify sellingpossibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen totheir wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations onproducts and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales andfinancial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitionsor conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints orobjections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve betterresults
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects andshare with internal teams

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevantrole
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiatingtechniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• University educated, specialisation in ESG is a plus
