Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Training Development Manager at Lesante Cape. The role involves designing and implementing training programs, managing employee development initiatives, and overseeing communication strategies within the organization.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Training
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to create and deliver effective training programs
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of best practices in training and development

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field
