Tasks:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat and e-mail
• Troubleshooting
• Follow up on cases and ensure that they are closed effectively and according to schedule
• Deliver high customer satisfaction and represent a multinational brand
• Work according to set goals
• Document cases in internal systems
  
  

Your profile:

• Fluent in Finnish and have good communication skills in English
• A problem solver, service and result oriented
• Good computer skills
• Experience within service is a big plus
