Storekeeper


for season 2024.

Key responsibilities



  • Receive and inspect all incoming materials and report any discrepancies on orders received.

  • Follow all standards for receiving stock within the hotels area of operation.

  • Monitor Periodic Automatic Replacement levels for all hotel items in order to ensure correct levels.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the facilities and storage areas.

  • Refuse acceptance of damaged and incorrect items.

  • Maintain the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.

  • Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of storage area.

  • Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus property.

  • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.

  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.

  • Follow job instructions from the supervisor and in accordance to company standards and policy.

  • This position will be reporting to the Purchasing Manager


To be successful in this role, your experience should include:



  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field

  • Candidates with previous experience in similar position in International Hotel chains will be preferred.

  • Problem-solving and excellent communication skills

  • Must be organized and punctual

  • Well-presented and professional

  • Proactive problem solving and a good team spirit are required.

  • Fast learner who is easily adaptable

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools is essential.

  • Be able to relocate to Mykonos.
