HR - Payroll Specialist

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of Zeniθ, an international organization with more than 20 years of experience in delivering energy solutions in the Greek market, is seeking an HR - Payroll Specialist to join the company based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Role involves:

• Assist in the calculation of monthly payroll


• Daily contact with the Head of the departments for payroll-related issues


• Keep records of sickness leaves & annual leaves


• Manage time attendance system


• Manage Ergani system


• Administer employees’ benefits (company pension plan, vouchers)


• Keep updated employees’ file record


• Keep up with daily reporting


• Be the main point of contact for external partners’ payroll


• Handle the employees’ management system


• Provide support to employees in various payroll/benefits-related topics


• Carries any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of HR


• Participate in the company’s training

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting


• Postgraduate in HR would be a plus


• At least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position


• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and the Ergani system


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Outlook


• Very good knowledge of English both written and oral


• Payroll system experience (preferably SCAN HRMS)
