We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the field, that will be working on a shift of 16:00-00:00 or 15:00-23:00. The office station where the person will work is our premises in the city center of Thessaloniki.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling imports and exports procedures (sea or/and land transportation)
• Daily communication with transportation companies to ensure proper handling of shipments
• Communication with suppliers and clients regarding Logistics issues
• In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management
• Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

• Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Previous experience in the shipping industry or transportation is necessary
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Customer-centric approach
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
