Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, the leading luxury real estate brokerage in Greece, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales – Thessaloniki & Halkidiki. to lead and develop our operations on the island.

This is a senior commercial role with full responsibility for building the area platform: developing market presence, securing prime and super-prime listings, recruiting and mentoring agents, and representing the Sotheby’s International Realty brand at the highest level.

The role combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic market development and offers the opportunity to shape the long-term growth of one of Greece’s most important luxury destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Greece Sotheby’s International Realty’s sales operations in Thessaloniki & Halkidiki.
  • Build, recruit, onboard, and manage a high-quality team of Sales Associates.
  • Secure and manage prime and super-prime residential listings across Thessaloniki & Halkidiki.
  • Personally handle high-value transactions and key client relationships.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle: valuations, pitches, negotiations, and closings.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards, processes, and ethics.
  • Act as the main point of contact for local developers, property owners, and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the central Athens-based management and Private Office teams.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, CRM discipline, and pipeline visibility.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and authority in the local market.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in prime or luxury residential markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow sales teams.
  • Strong commercial instinct and confidence in negotiations and pricing strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of client service, discretion, and long-term relationship management.
  • High level of organisation, accountability, and process discipline.
  • Professional presence aligned with an international ultra-luxury brand.

Experience in hospitality, luxury services, or high-end client-facing roles is considered a strong advantage.
