Front Office Agent – Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini


Position Overview


Join the dynamic Front Office team of Nikki Beach Santorini, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury lifestyle environment. As a Front Office Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and outstanding service throughout their stay.


Key Responsibilities



  • Welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth; managing check-in & check-out.

  • Handling room keys, luggage coordination, and guest inquiries.

  • Managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.

  • Processing billing, cash/credit payments, and daily balancing.

  • Providing information on hotel services, events, and local attractions.

  • Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly.

  • Operating hotel PMS and producing daily shifts/reports.



Requirements



  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel front office or concierge department.

  • Fluent Greek & English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and a polished professional appearance.

  • Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

  • Positive team attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
