Front Office Agent – Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini
Position Overview
Join the dynamic Front Office team of Nikki Beach Santorini, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury lifestyle environment. As a Front Office Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and outstanding service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth; managing check-in & check-out.
- Handling room keys, luggage coordination, and guest inquiries.
- Managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
- Processing billing, cash/credit payments, and daily balancing.
- Providing information on hotel services, events, and local attractions.
- Responding to guest requests and resolving issues promptly.
- Operating hotel PMS and producing daily shifts/reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel front office or concierge department.
- Fluent Greek & English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Positive team attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
