IT Administrator (Junior)

Greek Food Industry with many years of experience and a strongpresence in the sector, is seeking a Junior IT Administrator to maintain,upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks and supply first-levelsupport on company systems and users.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network servers and technology tools
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• First level support on company systems
• ERP Software Support
• Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline is a plus; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
• Fluent English language
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Experience in working within virtualization technologies
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Additional expertise on FortiGate firewalls, VeeamBackup Software, Microsoft 365and IP Telephony will be a plus.
