Key Responsibilities

Guest Services Management: Oversee front office operations including check-in,check-out to ensure smooth and exceptional service.

Team Leadership:Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate front office employees, fostering aculture of professionalism and high performance.

Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, ensure adherence to hotelstandards, and resolve operational issues promptly.

Guest Satisfaction: Handleguest complaints and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance overallguest experience.

Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, etc.)to ensure seamless guest services.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports, analyze guest feedback,and implement strategies to increase efficiency and satisfaction.



Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role preferably in a 5* luxury hotel.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management / Tourism.
  • Computer Literacy and knowledge of Hospitality software (Opera, Fidelio).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French).
  • Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills.
