F&B Cost Control Data Analyst

Your main purpose

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal systems (e.g., POS, inventory management, procurement, finance); develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor F&B cost KPIs (food cost %, beverage cost %, variances and stock movements); identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost optimization through detailed data analysis; support monthly and quarterly cost reviews with data-driven insights and visualizations.

Contributes to the standardization of cost reporting across all properties.

Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to align data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.

Partner with IT and system administrators to enhance data accuracy, integration, and automation across systems.

Support implementation of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analytics best practices within the F&B Cost Control function.

Prepare regular performance reports for senior management; deliver ad-hoc analyses to support cost investigations, supplier performance assessments, and procurement decisions.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in data Analysis, Business Administration or relevant studies; 3 years of experience in a similar or administrative position.

Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); experience working with ERP or POS data; Entersoft specifically is desirable.

Fluency in English, written/spoken; ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, meet deadlines.

Able to effectively communicate in groups; strong analytical and detailed-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities; analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and opportunities.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to liaise with both operational and corporate teams; high sense of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership of data accuracy.
