Position Overview

We are looking for an Experience Designer Officerto join our team. This role is central to our business, as you will beresponsible for designing, structuring, and organizing the experiences weoffer. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that every productis attractive, well-presented, and costed properly for market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and package travel, leisure, and lifestyleexperiences for sales channels
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure productsare understood and well-communicated to clients
• Research and negotiate withsuppliers (hotels, yachts, DMCs, activity providers) and preparecostings/pricing
• Ensure all product details are accurate and aligned withcompany standards
• Monitor trends and propose innovative experiences toenhance our portfolio
• Travel when necessary for inspections, supplierrelations, and product development
• Prepare seasonal product plans (higherworkload during summer season)

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experiencein Guest relations, concierge services, or travel agency operations
• Strongorganizational and product development skills
• Experience in costing andpricing travel experiences
• Excellent communication skills in English(additional languages are a plus)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and apassion for travel & hospitality
• Ability to travel when required andmanage flexible workloads during peak seasons
