• Offer clear, friendly, and professional service in every interaction
• Follow quality guidelines and use provided templates
• Escalate more complex cases when needed

What You Bring

• Fluent Swedish (spoken & written)
• Good English skills
• Strong communication & typing abilities
• Confidence using digital tools and multitasking
• Customer support experience is a plus but not required
