As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's range of construction materials. This role requires a deep understanding of the building materials industry, excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's range of construction materials. This role requires a deep understanding of the building materials industry, excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, architects, distributors and developers through networking, cold calling and attending industry events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders and complaints.
- Stay updated on the company’s product portfolio, including technical specifications and applications.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of the company’s materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to management.
- Work closely with logistics, customer service and technical support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide customer feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.
- Participate in organizing and conducting technical training sessions and seminars to customers and partners.

- Minimum 5 years experience in Technical Sales ideally in a building construction products industry
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Mechanical Engineering
- Driven and energetic personality with a team player spirit
- Passion for Sales & Customer Oriented attitude
- Available to travel
- Driving license
