Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Media Director (fixed term, maternity cover - 13 months) to join Zenith team, leading a talented group of media professionals and acting as the primary liaison between Zenith and its clients. In this role, you lead the development and execution of comprehensive ATL and digital media strategies, manage budgets, oversee campaign performance, ensure alignment with client objectives, drive innovation, mentor the team, and collaborate with internal and global agency partners to deliver high-impact media campaigns.

In this role, you lead the development and execution of comprehensive ATL and digital media strategies, manage budgets, oversee campaign performance, ensure alignment with client objectives, drive innovation, mentor the team, and collaborate with internal and global agency partners to deliver high-impact media campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive media strategies aligned with client goals, including market research, audience analysis, and channel selection for effective reach and engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of media professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth, delegating tasks effectively to optimize team output and accountability
- Maintain daily contact with clients, ensuring proper flow and timely planning of incoming requests and outgoing deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with internal agency functions to organize projects and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Monitor media trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to campaigns.
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and financial transparency with clients.
- Interact regularly with the Agency’s Global Network for international client processes and reporting.
- Follow internal processes, reporting systems, and documentation required for successful project completion.
- Participate in New Business projects as needed.
- Report around updates on campaign performance, budgets, and client interactions.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in media management, with proven team leadership capabilities.
- Experience in managing both multinational and local accounts.
- Ability to lead, coach, and effectively delegate tasks to team members to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
- Proficiency in media tools and platforms.
- In-depth understanding of both traditional and digital media channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree considered a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
