Guest Assistance & Hospitality: Welcome guests warmly, provide information abouthotel facilities, services, and local attractions, and address inquiries,requests, or complaints promptly.

Lobby Management:Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the lobby; manage guestflow and seating arrangements during peak periods.

Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with front desk, deluxe concierge, andgroom coordinator desk to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and VIP guestarrivals/departures.

VIP Support: Assistin coordinating special arrangements for VIP guests, ensuring exceptionalservice and attention to detail.


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Proven experience in a relevant position preferably in a 5* resort or hotelenvironment.
  • Degree inHospitality Management / Tourism.
  • Fluency inEnglish.
  • Fluency in asecond language (Russian, German, French).
  • Strongcommunicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills.
